Can I cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! 
Email customer service via service@rosesw.com 

and offer your:Order number & Cancellation request with a picture of the product, if necessary.

• Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before pending or shipping.
• To initiate a cancellation, please contact customer service. The cancellation notification will be emailed to you.
• Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be processed immediately. Credit cards may take 3-7 business days to process.
• Once an order is cancelled, we cannot undo this. You will need to replace the order yourself.
•We will NOT accept the order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
